Our customer is a globally operating logistic company, located in Subang Jaya, seeking a:
Mandarin Speaking Customer Service (m/f)
Handling and coordinating of transport matters in the field of sea, air, truck and CEP (Courier Express Parcel)
Coordination and organization of transportation services including accident and complaint processing
Coordinate and liaise on documentation in accord with the SOP with forwarders and customers
Answer inquiries timely and produce high quality processing of customer inquiries
Correct and clean settlement
Assist the Logistics Manager with quotations and customer knowledge
Work closely and in cooperation with Administration Manager on the performance of forwarders and all operational issues in regard to Road, Air- and Ocean freight
Implementation of customer projects and SOP’s
Ensuring effective communication and efficient flow of information between customers, forwarder and the company
Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or related field of study
Familiar with sea, air and truck forwarding
Excellent communication skills as both written and verbal skills are essential for this role
Well-organize with day-today operations.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience at a Customer Service Representative
Preferably practical experience in related field of logistic work. Solid background of transport logistics. Experience in Custom, Custom brokerage would be beneficial.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Good interpersonal skills, team player, ability to work under minimal supervision as well as within tight deadlines.
